On Wednesday, February 12, it's time for another edition of our Meetup. This time we are going to talk about conversational analytics and its application. Voice is hot. Therefore, we have captured two interesting speakers who can tell us more about this, namely PostNL and Tailo.
About the speakers
Nigel Pouw and Lotte Wijngaards of PostNL talk about Daan: the digital colleague of the PostNL customer service. The reason, how Daan became "Daan", the results and the continuous insights & steering thanks to analytics....it will all be covered on the 12th!"
Our other speakers are the founders of start-up Tailo. They take us into the world of A.I. & customer contact.
Location & language of instruction
Also this time we will organize our Meetup at our "new" location in Amsterdam, at True. This location is very easy to reach by both car and public transport. And again we will do this session in Dutch, because both cases are conducted in the Dutch language.
