Here's how the Data & Analytics Health Check works.
Our Business Intelligence Consultant will analyze the current Business Intelligence environment using a methodology developed by Cmotions. Based on the diagnosis, the Business Intelligence Consultant will draft improvement proposals.
In close consultation with your organization, proposals will be worked out to ensure the quality and performance of the Business Intelligence environment and thus the applications in the future.
You will receive an advisory report after conducting the Data & Analytics Health Check that includes strengths and weaknesses, usage statistics and recommendations on the various components. In this report, we identify potential improvements in performance, security and stability using existing or new technologies, products or best practices.
Data & Analytics Health focuses primarily on the findings and recommendations. For each finding, the report identifies the direction of solution, the expected improvement and any costs.
