TOPdesk & Cmotions
With TOPdesk Reporting, Cmotions has been TOPdesk's BI partner since 2018. We help TOPdesk customers who encounter the limits of the standard reporting functionality offered by TOPdesk. Using the Odata feed offered by TOPdesk, we load the TOPdesk data model we developed and, using the TOPdesk Reportpack connected to it, you can immediately use the most requested service management reports.

The TOPdesk Reporting data model enables organizations to get started independently.

TOPdesk Reportpack
The TOPdesk reportpack contains the service management reports most requested by TOPdesk customers and gives organizations instant insight into its service management processes.

Support
You can manage and expand the reportpack yourself. Of course, support is always available from us. Both in tailoring to your organization and in developing specific service management reports.

Two-Day Training
During a two-day training we will provide a detailed explanation of the possibilities and together we will start to unlock your own TOPdesk environment.
In practice, we often see a combination of the TOPdesk Data Model and the TOPdesk Reportpack. For example, organizations want to get off to a flying start by using the data model in combination with the Report Pack. This could include combining TOPdesk data with data from other (internal/external) data sources.
